Privacy notice under counsel review.
GrowGCC has not supplied an approved privacy policy for publication. This page states the current website behaviour without presenting draft legal terms as approved policy.
Current form status
The working-session form submits to a GrowGCC-operated endpoint that records the briefing and forwards it to the public email address. On preview builds where that endpoint is not available, nothing is transmitted or stored: the interface says so on submission and prepares an email draft in your own mail client instead.
Before public launch
GrowGCC’s counsel should approve the privacy notice, data-retention periods, grievance contact, analytics position and any cookie or international-marketing requirements. The production form should identify its processor, retention controls and access process.
